You can phone us on 01206 500 585 at any time and ask for a Welfare worker. We will try to help you.

If you want to talk about yourself:

ChildLine runs a free phone service - just ring 0800 1111. The people at ChildLine are used to talking to children with all kinds of troubles. They will listen to what you have to say and give you the best help they can.

If there is an emergency at home:
